המנהג לברך בלי שם ומלכות
The custom is to bless without mentioning Hashem's name
על הברקים מברך

בָּרוּךְbarukh (אַתָּהata יְהֹוָה,adonai אֱלֹהֵינוּeloheinu מֶלֶךְmelekh הָעוֹלָם)haolam עוֹשֶׂהose מַעֲשֶׂהmaase בְרֵאשִׁית:vereshit
On lightning one blesses
Blessed are You (Hashem, King of the world,) Maker of the works of creation.
על הרעמים מברך
On thunder one blesses
בָּרוּךְbarukh (אַתָּהata יְהֹוָה,adonai אֱלֹהֵינוּeloheinu מֶלֶךְmelekh הָעוֹלָם)haolam שֶׁכֹּחוֹshekocho וּגְבוּרָתוֹugvurato מָלֵאmale עוֹלָם:olam
Blessed are You (Hashem, King of the world,) whose strength and might fill the world.
